Yorkshire Stone Rustic Cabinet with Tea Rose Garden transfer - commission

Completed little bedside or side cabinet, she was in rough shape and has been finished with a more rustic look in keeping with her original lines. Using dark wax over Yorkshire Stone chalk paint, a match made in heaven we have highlighted details that you could not previously see. A pop of Mulberry red tidies up her insides.

We kept the original hardware and painted right over it. The detail at the top is something I added to the top apron. I used an applique cast from resin in the Escutcheons mould and glued it on prior to painting so it looks as if it has been there for ever, it's been finished and highlighting using the same dark wax and a little Eternal gilding wax
