URBAN ADDRESS shipping is $10.99 courier in NZ, EXTRA for rural and bulky items
RURAL or OUT OF AREA ADDRESS shipping is $13.50 courier in NZ, EXTRA for bulky items.
URBAN ADDRESS Shipping is FREE for orders over $180 NZwide with some exceptions.
RURAL ADDRESS Shipping for orders over $180 is subsidised by us and only $4.00 New Zealand wide with some exceptions.
All addresses classed as rural or "out of area" by our couriers will need to pay the applicable rural fee, if this hasn't been paid we will send an invoice for the balance before we're able to ship your order.
Area Exceptions: Waiheke Island, Chatham Island, Stewart Island and Great Barrier Island. Westport Rural. Amberley Rural. Tasman area. Please contact us directly for a quoted courier rate to these regions.
Product Exceptions: rural and bulky items. Collect only items cannot be shipped UNLESS you have organised a quoted courier to your address. Please do this before you purchase so you know what the cost is going to be

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
We endeavor to be as environmentally friendly with our packaging as possible. We use recycled boxes, papers and bubble wrap.
Signature Required All items sent by track and trace courier. Some areas of NZ do not offer a signature required service but we request this where ever we can.
