Loyalty & Rewards Points

 

Q: How do I join the Rewards Programme? A: Simply make a purchase in-store or online and you will start earning points. The programme is our way of showing appreciation to all our loyal customers.

Q: How do I earn Loyalty Points? A: You earn points for making most purchases in-store and online. (Note: Some exemptions apply—see "Exemptions to earning points" below.)

Q: How do I check my points balance? A: Click on the pink parcel-shaped widget on the right-hand side of our website to see your current points balance.

Q: How do I redeem my points for a reward? A: Online:

  1. Log into your online account and click the parcel-shaped widget.

  2. View the rewards currently on offer.

  3. If you have enough points, click Redeem Points to receive a unique reward voucher number.

  4. Copy the unique reward voucher number.

  5. Add the item(s) you want to purchase (including the item you are claiming as a reward) to your cart.

  6. Paste your reward voucher number into the Discount field at checkout and click apply. The value of the reward will be deducted from your cart total.

  7. Note: You can only use one voucher per order.

A: In-Store:

  1. Provide your email address to a staff member.

  2. Redeem your points for a reward.

  3. Make a purchase afterwards.

Q: Can I use my points directly during checkout? A: No. You must first redeem your points for a voucher (online) or in-store which can then be applied to your purchase.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn? A: No, there is no current limit on the number of points you can earn. However, you can only redeem one reward per order. Points have an expiry date.

Q: I made a purchase but haven't received my points yet? A: It can sometimes take a few minutes for the points to process. If a purchase is not yet marked as "paid in full," this can also delay the points. Once payment is fully processed, your points should accumulate shortly.

Q: Why don't my points match my purchase value? A: Points are not earned on shipping/courier costs. Additionally, points are calculated on the GST exclusive portion of each sale. Certain items are also exempt (see below).

Q: Do my points expire? A: Yes, all points expire 12 months after the date they were earned.

Q: Can I get a reward on its own without making a purchase? A: No. You must claim a reward with a purchase. It will be sent/collected with that purchase.

Q: I saw a reward I wanted, and now it's gone. Why? A: Rewards are changed regularly, or a particular reward may have a limited supply. When a reward is removed, a different one will be offered in its place.

Q: How do I leave the loyalty programme? A: Please contact us, and we will remove you from the programme.


 

Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions

 

  • Exemptions to earning points: Custom-ordered/one-of-a-kind items, workshop, and event tickets.

  • The reward voucher can only be redeemed once.

  • Reward redemption cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • You cannot return a reward.

  • We reserve the right to remove a customer from the programme or change, modify, cancel, and remove points and rewards at any time.
