Victorian Lover Pink Plaque Left Hand- like Wedgewood Jasperware

I first thought these were German Wedgewood pink jasperware but the markings on the back indicate they are Japanese made by an American company called Arnart and this design is called Victorian Lover. Very collectable and still very lovely and can be hung. This piece has a tiny nibble of white off the very top which is hardly noticeable unless you start looking for it.  Circa 1960.
