Aurora floral Hall Table commissioned piece
Before and After :I bet everyone can remember having one of these and you probably can't remember what happened to it as they went out of fashion with cordless phones but I think this still makes a handy hallway or entrance table or great side table with a chair either size.
The process was:
As this was mahogany with some parts sanded back to bare wood I sealed this one first in those spots with our Vintro matt lacquer to ensure I didn't get bleed through on my light blue chalk paint ( love a great two job product). Then I painted in a textured fashion with gorgeous Aurora chalk paint, sanded back lightly and distressed, added one of the flowers from the Chatelleraut rub on transfer pack we stock and finished in clear wax.
Pretty smart now, this has headed into our Vintage Shoppe in Tauranga for sale
