Toulouse: The 4th largest city of France; Toulouse has a rich history intertwined with this cool, fresh mid blue; its success in the 15th century formed around garments and the use of their blue dye which led to great wealth; even now many areas still show remnants of this blue in the cities shutters and doorways. A beautiful wedgewood like blue.
